真正的豪宅設計，從不急於表達。

以黑白大理石為序曲，將自然生成的墨紋引入極簡而精準的幾何之中。黑與白並非單純的色彩對比，而是在石材深淺、紋理流向與光線折射之間，建立一種內斂而深邃的秩序。每一道天然肌理皆不可複製，也因此讓空間在理性的框架裡，保有時間所留下的獨特性。

玄關以一席深黑地坪收束視線，劃出進入居所之前的一段緩衝。材質在此不只是界定場域，更像是一種無聲的引導，由外而內，讓步伐慢下來，也讓視線開始重新感知光的方向。

空間的奢華，於是被收斂在比例之中。牆面、地坪與天花彼此留白，讓材質擁有呼吸的餘裕；光線則隨著時間推移，在石材表面游移，映照出深淺不一的層次。白晝的清澈與夜晚的沉靜，讓同一個場景擁有截然不同的表情。

設計最終回到生活本身，沒有刻意張揚的符號，只有被精準安放的尺度、光影與質地。

如同一件經得起時間凝視的作品，真正的豪邸，不在於它如何彰顯，而在於當喧囂退去之後，仍能以最安靜的姿態，讓人感受到生活的重量。

It opens with black and white marble—a quiet prelude that draws nature’s organic, ink-like veining into a realm of minimalist, precise geometry. Black and white here are not merely contrasting shades; they establish a reserved, profound order through the depth of stone, the flow of grain, and the refraction of light. No two natural textures are ever alike, imbuing the space’s rational framework with an unrepeatable sense of time.

At the entrance, a floor of deep black anchors the gaze, creating a moment of pause before stepping inside. Material is no longer just a spatial divider; it becomes a silent guide from outside in, slowing your pace and inviting your eyes to rediscover the direction of light.

Here, opulence is calibrated by proportion. Walls, floors, and ceilings are given room to breathe, allowing the materials to live freely. As time passes, daylight plays across the stone surfaces, revealing shifting layers of shadow and sheen. The crisp clarity of day softens into night’s quiet stillness, offering distinct expressions within the exact same frame.
