Handover & Warranty

A New Chapter Begins

Upon completion, we guide you through maintenance and equipment settings. We offer a 3-year warranty, ensuring your home continues to take care of you.

Pricing & Fee Standards

You may use the following standards to estimate the initial investment for your project based on the size of your space. If our design philosophy resonates with you, we invite you to contact us via our consultation form or by phone for a more in-depth discussion.

*Design Fee Calculated based on the actual planned area. Projects under 25 ping (approx. 82.5 sq. m / 890 sq. ft) will be charged at a minimum rate of 25 ping.
*Terms of Service Interplay Design reserves the right to modify, clarify, and interpret all pricing and billing methods.
*Scope of Service To ensure project quality and design integrity, we do not accept partial renovations or construction-only commissions for projects not designed by our firm.

Construction Fee

Minimum Project Value: Starting from NT$3,000,000.

Customized Quotation: Final costs vary depending on property condition, square footage, material selection, and design complexity. We invite you to contact us for a personalized consultation.

Design Fee

Project Supervision Fee

The supervision fee is 10% of the total construction cost.
