住宅的空間，不必以繁複堆砌來定義尺度。真正成熟的設計，是在有限的界面之中，建立清晰的秩序，並讓材質、光線與人的行走共同完成空間。

本案以深色石材作為空間基底，黑色石紋沿著地坪、立面與展示端景展開，形成穩定而完整的視覺軸線。石材冷冽的質地，在暖色金屬與木質調性的介入下逐漸鬆開，使空間不落入單純的冷峻，而呈現出深沉、安靜且具有溫度的層次。

天花以大尺度弧線收束公共區域，曲面並非裝飾性的語彙，而是重新界定空間關係的建築手段。線性燈帶沿著弧形輪廓延伸，光不再只是照明，而成為一道看不見的界面，柔化直角之間的轉折，也引導視線由客廳向內景深推進。地坪則以深色石材延續水平尺度，使牆、地與天花之間形成沉穩而連續的構築關係。

端景以雕塑作為空間的核心節點。金屬雕塑被置入深色框體之中，底部透過隱性光源托起作品，讓藝術與建築之間產生微妙的張力；一側鏡面則將端景再次映射，虛實交疊之間，延伸了原本的空間邊界。

整體設計刻意降低色彩的喧囂，將比例、材質與光影放在更重要的位置。沒有過度表現的造型，也沒有刻意追逐潮流的符號，而是以建築性的線條建立骨架，再以細節完成居住的質地。

當光沿著曲面緩慢流動，當石材的紋理在時間裡沉澱，空間便不只是被觀看的風景，而成為生活本身。

Architecture begins with restraint.

Rather than relying on ornament to define a sense of grandeur, this residence is shaped through proportion, materiality, and the measured movement of light. Within a restrained palette, each surface is given room to speak, while every transition is carefully composed to establish a continuous spatial rhythm.

Dark stone forms the foundation of the interior. Its deep mineral veining moves across the floor and architectural planes, creating a visual continuity that anchors the residence. Against this darker register, warm metallic surfaces and muted timber introduce a quieter sense of warmth, allowing the material palette to unfold gradually rather than reveal itself all at once.

A broad, sweeping curve defines the ceiling of the living area. More than a formal gesture, it establishes a transition between architecture and atmosphere. Concealed linear lighting follows the curvature, tracing the geometry with a restrained glow. Light becomes less an object of illumination than a spatial element in itself—softening edges, extending perspective, and guiding movement through the interior.

At the end of this visual axis, a sculptural work is set within a dark architectural frame. Suspended above a softly illuminated stone plinth, the figure emerges from shadow with a quiet physical presence. Opposite it, a mirrored surface repeats the composition, dissolving the distinction between object and reflection. The result is a moment where art, material, and architecture converge.

Throughout the residence, color is deliberately reduced, allowing proportion and texture to carry the character of the space. Nothing is overstated. The architecture is defined through a measured dialogue between solid and void, shadow and illumination, permanence and movement.

Here, luxury is not expressed through excess, but through precision.
